White Chocolate, Marshmallow & Orange Ghosts by Domini Kemp

More fun than rice crispy treat these are flavoured with orange zest and marshmallows, decorated with raisins or currants and are super-sweet!
Makes 12 squares
Preparation time: 10 minutes,
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
50g butter
200g marshmallows (approximately)
180g rice crispies
200g white chocolate
Peel of one orange
Handful raisins or currants


Step Description
1 Melt together the butter and marshmallows over a low heat in a non-stick pan.
2 Remove from heat and stir in the cereal, press into a buttered tin and allow to cool.
3 Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and pour over the rice crispies.
4 Allow to set, cut into squares and decorate with orange peel and raisins Cut into squares/shapes when cool.

Cut orange peel into all sorts of fun shapes to make smiley or scary Halloween faces.
