Sweet Potato Wedges (Toddlers 18 months plus)

Simple to prepare and appealing even to the fussiest of eaters, you can’t go wrong with a nutritious snack like this.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 portions:
1 sweet potato
1 tablespoon oil
A pinch of salt


Step Description
1 Wash and scrub the sweet potato thoroughly.
2 Cut it lengthways into wedges.
3 Place on a baking tray and brush with the oil.
4 Season with a small amount of salt and bake for 35 minutes at 170° C / 350° F / Gas Mark 4.
5 Turn occasionally until golden brown.
