| 1 sweet potato |
| 1 tablespoon oil |
| A pinch of salt |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Wash and scrub the sweet potato thoroughly. |
| 2 | Cut it lengthways into wedges. |
| 3 | Place on a baking tray and brush with the oil. |
| 4 | Season with a small amount of salt and bake for 35 minutes at 170° C / 350° F / Gas Mark 4. |
