| 100g SuperValu Supreme dark chocolate |
| 1 dsp of SuperValu cream |
| 2 eggs, separated |
| 40g SuperValu caster sugar |
| SuperValu butter, to grease |
| 1 tbsps cognac |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Melt the chocolate and cream in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Once melted remove from the heat and add the egg yolks, sugar and cognac to the chocolate and mix well. |
| 2 | Meanwhile, place the egg whites into a large bowl and whisk to form stiff peaks. Then gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. |
| 3 | Grease 2 ramekin dishes and pour the chocolate mixture in. Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 12-15 minutes, or until well risen. |
