| Handful of fresh mint leaves |
| 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar |
| Juice of two limes |
| 1 pineapple, peeled and chopped into chunks |
| 1 punnet strawberries, sliced in half |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Roughly chop the mint leaves and add the sugar. If you have a pestle and mortar, this would be handy to use, if not chop by hand or blend in a processor. |
| 2 | Mix in the lime juice and taste. |
| 3 | Add more sugar or lime juice as required, or some water if you would like to make it weaker. |
| 4 | Put the pineapple and strawberries on skewers and serve, dipping into the mint sugar or pouring some of the mint sugar on top. |
