| 2 slices of ciabatta bread |
| 1 sweet ripe pear |
| 2 slices of Cashel Blue cheese (from a block) |
| 2 streaky rashers of bacon |
| Sweet chutney to serve |
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Toast the ciabatta lightly. |
| 2 | Slice the pear and place on top of the toast. Cover with Cashel Blue cheese. |
| 3 | Pop under a preheated grill until the cheese is bubbling, taking care not to burn. |
| 4 | Grill the rashers until crisp and place these on top of the cheese. |
| 5 | Serve with sweet chutney. |
