| 4 cooking apples |
| 2 tsp runny honey |
| 15g butter |
| Whipped cream, to serve |
| 100g brown sugar |
| 2 tsp ground cinnamon |
| 16 cloves |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Remove the cores of the apples with an apple corer. |
| 2 | With a teaspoon, enlarge the cavity to double its size. |
| 3 | Fill each apple with the brown sugar, honey and cinnamon, and place a small knob of butter on top. |
| 4 | Pierce each apple with 4 cloves. |
| 5 | Place the apples in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. |
| 6 | Serve hot with whipped cream. |
