| 225g butter, diced |
| 225g good quality chocolate, chopped |
| 4 eggs |
| 225g caster sugar |
| 110g plain flour |
| Icing sugar for dusting |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Melt butter and chocolate in a heat proof dish over boiling water. |
| 2 | Whisk the eggs and the sugar for about 10 minutes. |
| 3 | Fold in the melted chocolate and sieve in the flour to the eggs and sugar. |
| 4 | Pour the mixture into a tray of size approx 33 x 22cm. |
| 5 | Cook in a preheated oven at 160˚ for about 30 minutes. |
| 6 | Remove from the oven, cover with a damp towel and allow to cool. |
| 7 | Dust with icing sugar and cut into squares… yum yum! |
