Fruity Smoothie (Toddlers 18 month plus)

Tasty, nutritious and a great way to establish the 5-a-day habit at a very young age, this is just one suggestion but you can try adding a choice of blended fruits or fruit juices to give your toddler plenty of variety.

Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 portions:
4 fl oz coconut milk
4 fl oz pineapple juice
1 small banana
1 teaspoon honey


Step Description
1 Place all ingredients into a blender.
2 Blend until smooth.

Variations.


Add some ripe mango or nectarine to discover a new taste!
