| 300g jumbo oats |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Spread the jumbo oats out on a large roasting tin and place in a preheated oven at 190˚C for 15 minutes or until golden. |
| 2 | Then tip into a large bowl and allow to cool. |
| 3 | Roughly chop the dried fruits and nuts and add into the bowl, with the seeds. Mix well. |
| 4 | Transfer to an airtight container and serve for breakfast with some natural yoghurt or milk. |
