| 8oz Wholemeal flour |
| 8oz Cream flour |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon bread soda |
| 1 table spoon treacle |
| 1 table spoon oil |
| Some sesame seeds |
| 1/2 pint butter milk |
| 1/2 Pint of tepid water |
| Salt and pepper |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Sieve the cream flour and salt into a bowl, then add in the wholemeal flour and bread soda. |
| 2 | Mix well and add in the oil, treacle and butter milk to make a soft dough. |
| 3 | Place the mixture into a greased bread tray and sprinkle the sesame seeds onto the top of the mixture. |
| 4 | Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 45min at 200ºC until cooked fully |
| 5 | Leave to cool a little on a wire tray before cutting into chunky slices and serving. |
