| 1 oz plain flour |
| 1 chicken breast fillet |
| 1 small egg, beaten |
| 1 ½ oz cornflakes crushed |
| 2 tablespoon vegetable oil |
| Step | Description |

| 1 | Spread the flower on a clean surface and roll the chicken pieces in it until they are covered. |
| 2 | Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg and then roll in the crushed cornflakes. |
| 3 | Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chicken on each side for about 5 minutes over a medium heat. |
| 4 | When crunchy on the outside and cooked through, they are ready to serve – but make sure to leave them cool adequately before giving to your toddler. |
